St Paul’s Junior School has an active and enthusiastic Parent and Teacher Association. Getting involved with the PTA is a great way to be part of the school community and to raise money to support the children’s education. PTA funds are used to buy classroom, playground and specialist equipment, and to reduce the costs of school trips and in-school events. Our activities also help to bring parents, children, governors and teachers together to encourage friendships, partnerships and a positive sense of community.

What are we up to?

In the past, we have held great annual events – including the Summer Fair and Christmas Fair, children’s discos around Easter and Christmas, and the Summer BBQ. The current COVID-19 restrictions mean that it is unlikely that we will be able to host some/all of these events this school year.

However, we are still determined to engage our school community and raise funds for the school! We are very keen to hear about ideas for making this happen – so please get in touch.

How can you get involved?

We typically meet once a term to plan for the next few months. Meetings are usually in the evenings, and are currently being held using Zoom. Meeting details are communicated through ParentMail and our PTA Facebook page, and dates are included on the website’s Calendar page.
